The phone was exactly as described, in pristine condition, and worked perfectly. It was a steal for the price, much lower than retail, with a charger included. Advice to any fellow deal seeker is to buy a SIM kit locally, as the one on Amazon do not work consistently

    Arrived quickly and was packaged well. Laptop was as described and is better than expected for the money. This laptop requires a 230W adapter and was received with a 90W adapter and the wrong cord to go from the adapter to the wall. When I contacted them about it, I got a quick reply, and apology, and quick shipping on the correct adapter with a tracking number. GREAT customer service!!
