RAZOR 24V Charger - best on Ebay fits all razor 24volt scooters

Charges but indicator LED (RED/GREEN) not acting as expected

It puts out the correct voltage to charge the Razor Dirt Quad but the indicator, at least on the charger I received, does not show RED when charging (supposed to turn to green when the battery is fully charged). Instead it immediately goes to GREEN as soon as it is connected to the quad and plugged into the AC outlet. I received the same result on 2 different Razor Dirt Quads which I know both needed to be charged. Bottom line, I'm confident that the charger WILL charge the battery but unfortunately the indicator (RED/GREEN) on my unit didn't act as I had hoped. I do hope the "float" capability of the charger works because that is the feature I wanted the most (to avoid over charging damage to the battery and why i bought this charger in the first place)
