The seller shipped me a used and defective item. When I tried to return, they called me names and threatened me. I have never had a problem on EBay before, and this was awful. Ebay looked at the communication between me and the seller and the pictures I uploaded, and they ruled in my favor, refunding my full purchase price. This seller was so inappropriate and rude, I cannot even begin to explain. I wish I could post the text of their responses here for all to see!
