Better than my old one.
I like it a lot better than my old one, especially with the dual-band connection. Easy to set up and looks real nice. My only problem was that changing the settings is a bit of a hastle. I had to change the password and stuff with the netgear Genie app which was fine but...Why not on my laptop. Theres more settings on my browser I want to change on my laptop than there is on the genie app. The country It states I am in is Europe, and I keep trying to change it to US but on the webpage it does nothing. Not that it matters.
Overall its a really good router-modem, just hard to change some settings. Also because I added one of the Online games I play to the QoS list, instead of bettering the connection it completely made it impossible to connect to the game. I had to take it out of Qos. I guess I just need to learn more about routers. I kind of wish I saved up for the Nighthawk routermodem, but still its decent. Worth the buy if you want to save money and still have quality equipment.

I couldnt afford and xbox one at the time...
1 of 1 found this helpful I saw the 9$ price and said screw it. Ill buy it and try it out even though I don't have an xbox one yet. The gameplay is still fun, however the graphics SUCK compared to the next gen. Overall I suggest this if your not a heavy gamer and you just want to casual play. I still like BO2 maps WAY better, but still I guess its fun for the price.
