  I bought this item because my car broke down right before it snowed the part was already damaged when I got it and the seller is just trying to blame the shipping company. He has return policy that says if the item still works when it's returned that the seller will be responsible for shipping fees. But since the item arrived damaged, now he's trying to blame the shipping company to avoid paying the fees since I provided photos as proof.... The seller is sketchy at best.
