  Dress as described. The only complaint is the price of shipping at $3 and you used 2 postage stamps, and no tracking included in case of item loss. First time with no tracking. Otherwise, good transaction. I would buy from again if mailed with tracking. Thank you.

  I am glad you liked the dress! Stamps are .73 each and envelopes cost as well. You can't find shipping and handling of 3.00 that includes tracking. Next time I will offer both ways, but it didn't make sense to me to pay 5.50 for S & H on a $4.00 dress.
