Almost new condition & very pleased with purchase.
Moisture balance was in almost new condition. I feel very good about the price we paid for it. A new balance is outrageously priced in my opinion. We sent our spare unit out into the field and this was the perfect replacement. The only issue we had is that the pan holder was missing. Not a big deal since we had multiple extra holders available. We broke the balance in yesterday using it for about 5.5 hours without an issue.

Hard to believe this is a used bath
This water bath was in very good condition. It was hard to believe that it was used.
