Platform rack works fine

I am using this in a 2" receiver and it wobbles a little bit even though everything is very tight. That alone is disappointing. The ratchet straps are clumsy to get started especially on the front. Getting the bike wheels on without setting them on top of the straps is difficult. Then inserting the straps to start the ratcheting is difficult. Those are the two issues I have. Otherwise the rack performs very well.
