Disappointing condition
The exterior of the case and the cord were rather soiled. I spent 30 minutes cleaning gunk off the case and out of the creases of the cord and plug. Perhaps the listing stated this but I was not aware that the clips that hold the curlers were not included. Also, it took 20 minutes to heat up. I'm not sure the curlers will work for the purpose for which they were purchased.
