I am Is environmentally conscious as possible. I do Reuse boxes for shipping, if I don't have to purchase them and can save a tree from being cut down. I do not send tattered. Destroyed or ruined boxes. But I do send all shapes, sorts, and colors. lol If you have a concern with this. Please let me know ahead of time and I will cater to you and get you a new box for any item you may purchase from me. Thank you.

Initially received the wrong item because seller was out of town and had a relative helping out with the ebay shop. When I informed them of the issue they were very quick to apologize and tell me when they would be able to rectify the situation. They allowed me to keep the incorrect item, the correct item, and sent an additional free gift with the correct item. I was very impressed with this seller's responsiveness and willingness to improve my experience. Would by from them again.
