A value, quality buy for a used micrometer
0 of 1 found this helpful The micrometer has a few wear marks (purchased as used), but none that affect its use. The stop point (completely closed) is a bit tight, but practice gets you used to the "feel" for the tension needed for consistency of readings. I have found that to be true of all the micrometers I have used (4). There was no instruction manual included but reading the scale is fairly intuitive and the scale markings are distinct and easily readable . It is well made in terms of material and craftsmanship.

A large pen that speaks class and works flawlessly.
The pen is aesthetically beautiful. It is a large pen and might be too large for someone with small hands. It balances nicely unposted for me . The piston fill works flawlessly. The pen writes with just a small amount of feedback and the ink flow is generous.

Excellent pen at a good price
The pen is of good quality, holds an enormous amount of ink, is easy to fill and writhes smoothly with its stainless steel nib. I like stub nibs, but they are not for everyone. It would be difficult for me to take notes rapidly with it, but that is a function of the nib, not the pen. A fine or medium nib would likely write as fast as you would need. One good feature is also a nuisance, hence 1 star off, and that is the reservoir piston block controlled by turning the knob at the end of the barrel: nice to be able to shut it off and keep ink from inadvertently running out ( like on an airplane or driving over high altitude) but you have to open it whenever you start to write and that takes a little practice to get the correct amount of opening the knob. Overall I like the pen a lot and consider it a good value.
