Great comms and went above and beyond to try and rectify the situation so positive feedback despite not receiving the item.

Powerful but unreliable !
1 of 1 found this helpful This pressure washer has become a sorry disappointment after i was initially impressed with it as being better than the Karcher equivalent! Good value I thought and easy enough to use. However it has recently failed and caught fire after less than eighteen months.It was not constantly used every day indeed even every week. Just to clean the cars and front path. All in all would not recommend as finished up being dangerous. Please use an RCD plug with this item
