Just leave it in the packaging
I wanted to display mine outside the packaging on my desk. It's pretty apparent that these things are not made for such things. The arms just fall limply to the sides and the legs are actually bowed to the point where it will not stand up on its own. Besides all of that, the detail is awesome and the nostalgia is for real. For the price it's definitely worth getting if you're an Elder Scrolls freak like myself.
