Mystery Case Files Dire Grove Collectors Edition Hidden Object Adventure PC Game

A most excellent game.

Mystery Case Files are among the best HO games out there. Of them Dire Grove stands out. It is long playing with a very compelling story that keeps you interested to find out what happened. Beautiful graphics, logic puzzles that are not to difficult. Collectors edition are best as they come with a strategy guide in case you get stuck. This is a game that you will want to play again and again.

First game of Dark Parables series

This is the first game of a 14 game series. Search Dark Parables and Wikipedia will give you the entire list. The story is interesting and connects with the next game, The Exiled Prince which connects to the next- Rise of the Snow Queen. From only playing this and the Prince, the games are fairly long, morphing objects and lots of HO spots. You find hidden pieces instead of objects which come together to make an item for your inventory. Mini games are not too hard. They are different from the usual kind. There is no map in this game but there is in the next. At the end of the game you are given an object to unlock a section in the game. It automatically switches to hardcore play for this. Because it is CE there is a very detailed Strategy guide and extra mini games that were not in the game. Other than that, the usual stuff that you find in most CE versions of games. A most excellent game.

Mystery Case Files are among the best HO games out there and this one is fantastic. Cool story, great HO, not to difficult logic puzzles and long playing. You will definitely want to play this again. As always it pays to buy a Collector's Edition because of the strategy guide and extra features.
