  The keyboard had damage not photographed or described. The seller stated that they did not notice (I noticed immediately as it was obvious and in any case it is the sellers responsibility to check carefully before selling). To be fair the seller did state I should open a case and get a refund but its hassle to return an item and I decided to keep the keyboard as it worked. I can't recommend purchasing from this seller.

  The buyer claimed the damage would worsen over time, but still wanted to keep the item and requested a partial refund. I could not judge how much to offer based on the small damage. Why keep an item that could deteriorate over time? The buyer wanted to squeeze money out of me. I have dealt with buyers, and it sad it has come to this. Very dishonest, lazy buyer who did not want to return the item with a free return label and full refund. Please see all my other feedback.
