Excellent product
Automatic software updates did not enable ECG, Oxygen saturation, and Blood pressure monitoring functions. Sofware had to be remotely enabled by Samsung and other apps to support the above functions had to be downloaded and migrated to Samsung smartwatch 3 from my Samsung note9. If the watch does not come loaded with the above functions it is of limited value. The customer does not have to be tech-savvy if the watch came bundled with the apps and functions. Once the software and apps were loaded worked flawlessly and I would recommend this watch for health monitoring and fitness tracking.
