They are Quality Hooks

Seagate Pipeline HD
My Topfield PVR stopped working, stating there was a problem with the Hard Drive.
This Hard Drive replaced the original one, saving me the hassle and money, of replacing the whole PVR.
Works like new again

Pool Cleaner
Plastic started to break down, fairly quickly.
The first component did not last long, but they did replace it, no Charge.
But inside 12 months, other components started to break down, and so we replaced it with one we purchased from Bunnings.
It Bunnings one, is more expensive, but the new one has not had any problems, at this stage. We have now had it, for about 8 months.
