Schlage BE489WBCEN619 Encode WiFi Enabled Electronic Keypad

Convenient, functional, and reduces things I have to carry (keys).

My third Schlage Encode Electronic Keypad. First was for my primary residence. Love not carrying a key in my pocket. Second was for a NC rental, where I can schedule VRBO renters access for their rental period - only. Housekeeping has another code. And I receive a text telling when each is unlocking while I am in another state. Third one just installed in my mother's home - it is getting harder for her to fumble with keys. Now she can simply ask Alexa to unlock her door, use keypad or Schlage app on her iPhone to lock or unlock her door with a color coded lock red for locked, green for unlocked. My son will be getting one next. Keys may become antiquated. Encode still has that capability just in case.
