  Received an empty box with no golf club inside.? By giving you a neutral feedback I am being generous because I do not know where things went wrong.

  A neutral feedback was left because the buyer did not wait for a reply from me, the seller. Situation was explained, buyer then said he would keep the club if I gave a $10 refund for a new grip. I told the buyer I would refund his purchase price which I did. Told buyer to keep the club that $64 must be more important to him than me. He got his refund and more, still left the bad feedback. I will avoid this buyer.

  Purchased bag by mistake believing it was a current model Cart 15 bag w/ magnetic storage compartments. i was initially aggressive thinking seller withheld info on description and quickly relented. Although was not aware bag was an older model Seller became nasty with many emails asked him to stop sending he would not. I said I would return bag for refund. Seller agreed. Then said to keep bag and he would refund bag price only. Which I accepted. He kept bag and $150of my moneyrefinded $50 bucks

  , I accepted second bid as she said it was for her sons birthday. After buyer was charged $119 for shipping from Florida to Calf. she sent me 23 Messages. Claimed False Advertising that the bag was Cart 14. I provided photo proof that it was a Cart 15. I offered to let her keep the bag and I'd return her $67.00. I asked her to agree that the bag she purchased was a Cart 15 Bag. She refused. I paid for return shipping, I refunded her $67.00. There were no nasty emails. Buyer now blocked
