  Seller answered my question about the cover right away, and the Preamp Tuner Two looked almost new. Remote had protective plastic on it. Unit was packed incredibly well, in a huge box and 3 layers of bubble wrap that would stand up to "drop shipping." I did find a minor issue with the unit, clicking noise in left channel on mute. I cleaned and then replaced the relay that caused this for 8 bucks. The price was right in this deal, so I did not mind a small problem.
