VibraQuatic2 works well, amazing design, amazing price ! A+++
I was skeptical, but I was desperate to salvage a critical part of a $300 underwater barnacle scraper (WaveBlade) that had come apart while cleaning the hull of a boat in 8 feet of dark brackish water, the company advised there were no replacement "lockrings" available, so I had to find mine. I saw these Treasure Products VibaQuatic models in the Serious Detecting eBay store and figured it was just what I was looking for. I called Serious Detecting and expressed my skepticism, and was told "we don't sell junk, and we can't keep the 4inch Vibra model in stock, they sell out so fast." That was good enough for me, but I couldn't wait for that 4inch model to come back in, so I ordered the 2inch VibraQuatic2. Well, my worry was for nothing, that ingenious 2inch model found my little WaveBlade 2 inch stainless locking ring in 8 feet of dark, brackish river water, under 3 to 4 inches of barnacles laying on the bottom under the boat, in, literally, 5 minutes, so my hunch that I didn't need to wait for the 4 inch model paid off. Now my neighbor is asking if I would use my VibraQuatic2 to find his custom Donzi gas cap that fell off the dock.
I mentioned the ingenious design. A critical factor in a waterproof detector is anything that would break the surface integrity of the case, such as an On/Off switch. Not to worry on these models, there's no switch. You simply raise the tool vertically for 3 seconds and this activates "On," signified by 3 quick vibrations and a flash of the blue LED. Do the same to turn off, signified by 3 longer vibrations, and those same vibrations are what you'll feel as "hits" on any metal objects, very definite and unmistakable underwater. While looking for my neighbor's gas cap, I was hitting on metal objects buried 3 to 4 inches on the bottom....but since he wasn't sure where it fell in, no gas cap yet, but this VibraQuatic2 is so effective, I'm sure we're going to find it, and thanks to the heavy duty, quality construction and design, I'm sure this detector will be helping us for years....very happy with the purchase, THANKS Serious Detecting !!! :)

Klein VDV211-063 Excellent Professional Adjustable Indestructable
I bought one of those generic sets with crimper/compression tool, cutters, strippers and F connectors, only to find out tool only works on those included F connectors, can't be adjusted for Belden.
After reading a few professionals all saying "pay a bit more for something dependable AND adjustable," I saw way more expensive CAT Ripley, then found this -063 adjustable Klein for way less.
Wow, solid zinc, cast construction, just as professional and indestructible as CAT, with added feature of rotatable, selectable connector "bed" for not only F, but BNC and RCA connectors CAT doesn't have....
...adjusted Klein for Belden and finished job in 10 minutes !

Auto Win10-support when you need PCI
Just built new Ryzen 5 1600 machine, wanted a PCI slot so my excellent Sound Blaster Audigy Platinum didn't go to waste...so went with an MSI B350 Tomahawk Arctic motherboard..(some B350 boards still offer PCI (wish the X370 did ! 😣)...
...since I had a PCI slot left after the Audigy install, decided to reuse in new machine one of my IDE DVD burners that had LightScribe...so bought this VIA combo IDE/SATA 1.5 board....had a SIL3114 SATA in there first...had to hunt for Win7 drivers...(then upgraded to 10)...but this VIA VT6421 chip had native support...recognized immediately....and since I used all internal B350 SATA ports (they only give you 4), I can use this board to drive a new SATA burner when/if my old Lightscribe drive dies.
...one more nice feature...I do a good bit of IT-suppory/data salvage word of mouth.....used to leave a long internal power connector and spare SATA cable hooked up inside to service drives...but this VIA controller has an external connector for a standard SATA drive connection...using an external power adapter for drives...quicker and more secure than messing with internal cable.
Granted it's only SATA 1.5...but it let me use my Lightscribe burner you can't buy anymore...so the SATA was just an extra perk when needed.
