Problem with media player software.
1 of 3 found this helpful My biggest gripe is poweramp is not working that well but it may be the OS Android 9. It does not work well with my new galaxy a50 either. I have been trying since I got this and I have not found one media player app that works with this. this is a joke. I should have return this.
