Thorn Tandem cranks 160mm
Tandem specific accessories tend to be expensive because they are specialist items compared with similar products that are not tandem specific. These cranks are tandem specific, top quality, lightweight, and cheap! Never thought those four things would come together.

Good all round tyre!
The tan sidewalls look great on my bike. I have a cx (Cyclocross) bike and the original chunky block tread tyres were not as reassuring on cornering.

Good cheap helmet
For my head, which I don't have problems with fitting other helmets, I have to tighten the horizontal circumference band after putting the helmet on. It doesn't fit properly otherwise. I also had problems with the straps, but faffed around with the straps and clips for a long time and sort of overcame the problems.
I would not purchase another one the same, I would pay another few quid and get one from a shop, where I could try it on before buying.
