  I ordered two items from the seller, the X-Rite Battery Operated Densitometer 331 and the X-Rite 334 Sensitometer. Both was marked as a used. Both of them needs repair (hope I find someone who will help), because of the battery leakage marks. In this condition the instruments cannot be used. Very poor communication before and after I made my purchase: I made question and asked help regarding the fact that my package may have arrived at a different address, but I have not received any response.
