Product was in the bubble wrap due to the lid not properly tightened, 25% of product lost. Texted with seller and sent pictures, only option available was to return at my expense. I was already using the remaining product, asked for partial refund. Told “not their policy, only return”. Overpriced, lousy service, not interested in keeping me as a customer. Isn’t shopping in 2024 such fun. You’d think $30 for used shampoo would get you some customer service, not the case here.

You said you didn't want to return the product because you have been using it for 10 days. You wanted me just to return you money without returning the product it was insured.It was damaged during shipping and USPS wanted. It back for the insurance.

FAKE PRODUCT. When I unscrewed the lid, the dispenser cap also came off (RED FLAG). Product spilt & stained everything. I put a drop in my palm & 24hrs later, it still took bleach to remove it. GENUINE MIXTAPE will wash off with soap & water. (see pics)
Plus, the MIXTAPE (purchased from Amika) is thick! This was thin, like clothing dye. I tried explaining to Seller, but Seller didn't get that MIXTAPE is a 'Toner', not a 'Dye'. Unless u want a green scalp.

I purchased this in March and I bought it to activate the tub of cream. I used it today, May 5th, and I should have known when I saw it was light pink something wasn't right. This 26 ounce 55 dollar activator is water. My hair is still unmanageable, even after leaving it in for 45 minutes. I have been cheated! Wrote the seller to be told she is not a hair dresser and has no idea. Then why sell products that are water or are so old they don't work? Shame on you!

Was your tub cream bad? Did you do it right? You bought this 2 months ago did you store it properly? That can affect it. I shouldn't have to know how to use all the products I sell.
