The purchase was fantastic. seller was excellent, although the information was misleading, stating that the purchased item was located in Sydney. After the purchase was completed and fully paid for, we were informed that the item was located in Croatia. Delivery date was stated to be 6th of November, today's date is 15th November, there hasn't been any tracking update since 2nd of November 2023. Not happy with delivery & lack of information. Not good enough!

Hi Ian, As soon as you made the purchase I informed you that I recently moved countries. I even asked you if you wish to proceed with the shipping and you said yes. Had you said no, I would have been more than happy to cancel the order and refund you. The delivery estimate is calculated based on my previous location Australia. This is also something you were aware of as I informed you the delivery from Croatia might take up to a month.
