Another fine product from Art!
1 of 1 found this helpful This is my second or third Headphone Amp from Art. Unlike the others like the Behringer or Mackie the Art has a strong quality build, and takes both 1/4 and 1/8 headphone inputs for headphone use with or without adapters for more flexibility.
Getting this baby is well worth the price and is a great addition in your audio Production chain get one and see for yourself.

Does what it does well
This is a great microphone stand It'"s a sturdy biuild, not built from cheap material, and it works for most hand held microphones. I've used it for my Shure SM58's, Sennheiser E-835's, Behringer XM 8500' s, my Rode Broadcast mike and even my Heil PR40 if only temporarily.
I'm sending this to a friend to replace his flimsy, inferior mike stand.
This model is the DS7200B the black model, but I like the DS7200C Chrome version.
Whichever model you buy you'll be pleased. it will last a long time if not a lifetime.
It's my go to choice when I need a desktop mike stand make it yours too.

The book title says it all!
I have been a huge Sly Stone fan for decades from the 60's until. Sly Stone aka Sylvester Stewart has risen from the ashes like a phoenix, not this time to release his latest music offering, but a memoir on his life as he is the last fourth quarter of it.
There is a dichotomy of the man, Sly and Sylvester. Sylvester Stewart is generous and thoughtful. Sly Stone is selfish and greedy.
I had doubts about this as would be honest or would he's whitewash the past and not live up to his his participation in his life choices.
I was pleasantly surprised to see his honesty. He shares with us his thoughts in chronological order his recollections and thought about his life, his choices, and career through the turbulent 60's 70's and 80's. His self imposed exile from the music industry his heavy use of drugs (which have profoundly affected his health today) and where he is now.
If you are a true Sly Stone fan or of Sylvester Stewart, buy this book. This isn't a second or third hand accounting about him, it's from him -directly.
If you are not a fan, pass on the book, If you know who he is, and a fan, it's a must have. You will not be disappointed.
