Melasma gotten lighter!
3 of 3 found this helpful I suffered from melasma and Tranexamic pill was my last resort. I started seeing result un as little as 5 days. I'm in my 4th week and the melasma had gotten lighter 50%. No side effect, I take 2 pills after lunch and 1 pill before bedtime. It worked out.
