Nice little cookbook. Very readable. Variety of recipes

Bought it because my mom has one and she recommended it. I was looking for a good rye bread recipe - there are several to choose from. Looks like lots of European recipes too - should be fun. I wish it was in a ring-type binding so it would stay open on the counter more readily, but I can use other books etc. to keep it open. Very readable and includes some additional information about breadmaking, poems, and a few illustrations.
