After multiple requests, seller will not send prepaid return label for item to be returned. It appears they do not know how. Since I did not receive what I ordered, it looks like I will need to file a claim with Ebay to get my money back. Not a happy customer.

Still using it after three months!
I was skeptical at first, but after the first couple of uses I was hooked! It’s now three months later and I still use it five times a week while doing workouts! It’s definitely helped tone up those problem areas!
