This is my kind of cookbook!
This has become one of my favorite cookbooks! I like it so much because each recipe has a picture, nutritional value and some even have tips about the ingredients. I saw it across the isle at a store and was drawn to it. Glad I picked it up because I love it!! The recipies do not have a ton of ingredients and they look and sound very unique. Some examples are: Stuffed Pork Chops, Minted Pea and Orzo Pilaf, Basque-Style Fish Bake and also Linguine with Zucchini Sauce. Yummy!
