The item was put in a recycled box with no additional packaging for protection but it survived the journey. The seller agreed to change postage from Evri to Royal Mail at my request for quick receipt which was much appreciated and offered good communication. Would recommend seller. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The item arrived very promptly and was in good, used condition as described, however unfortunately the little light on top no longer worked but given that it is an old toy, it wasn't surprising. My little boy loved the light on the one he originally had (which broke) so I contacted the seller and she got back to me straight away and issued me a refund and said I needn't send it back which was really kind of her.
