it takes awhile for them to get in your system so don't quit taking them !!
they work good & price is a whole lot cheaper than walmart or cvs
if you are having problems going a lot trust me these pills will really help

i like this because it comes in powdered form i use this in my coffee & tea i didn't like tearing open packages to put in them

it's very hard to find in stores in powdered form was glad to find it online sure beats the packages !
