We are a dad and daughter team who focus on making Wood Gifts such as Redwood Burl Clocks, Redwood Boxes, Wood Ornaments, and California Redwood Souvenirs. Both of us also have a souvenir gift background owning/running a tourist gift shop in the California Redwoods so we've also added other types of souvenirs to our online store(s).     Even after asking to combine shipping, this seller shipped both patches in the exact same packaging (envelope) and charged me for separate shipping. The other patch was defective (bad iron on adhesive). Seller was given ample time to respond to my concerns and never did. The cost of these two patches should not even warranted shipping, especially considering one is no good.

    Love the quality and the look of this patch. It is exactly what i needed. The condition was as stated (new). Shipping weemed a bit slow but during the Christmas season mail is often slow. Would gladly deal with this seller again.
