    Beginner's cheesemaking book by British author
    I wouldn't have bought this book had I peeked between the covers first. The writer does not inspire me with confidence. He seems to have an amateurish grasp of the subject of cheesemaking, which may work for him, but his instructions are abbreviated and insufficient in many recipes for good results. Anecdotes make for interesting reading though.
