Hate this tank filter. Not the tank

The tank is a disaster. It doesn't come with enough instructions to put it together when you are just learning about setting up a new tank. There is so much wrong it woukd take me a book. There is no charcoal with the tank and the water is never clear of tiny air bubbles so it always looks murky. You can't properly control the air pump to slow it down. The plants are being blasted. I haven't even got the fish in yet.
