2 of 2 found this helpful Growing up on a farm we had one of these in the kitchen. True, it was made of aluminium (everything was) but it was wonderful to drink pure fruit juice made of fruit (apples etc) you had picked that morning. Non of this "store bought stuff".But, aluminium is not stainless steel. Aluminium has it's own health issues. This Euro Cuisine Stainless Steel Stove Top Steam Juicer is, oh, so much better and easier to use and clean. As I drink the fresh apple juice it takes me back 60 years and I am a little boy again. I recommend that every kitchen should be equipped with and use one.
