Great source for those battling Lyme & co-infections
Dr. Richard Horowitz makes understanding these diseases easy. People dealing with Lyme & co-infections already have a hard enough time trying to figure out what they can or should do, but this book helps break it all down in a way that's easy to understand. This book is a life line for those who don't know where else to turn, giving detailed info on how to start understanding your situation & things that help you heal. Dr. Horowitz is the absolute best. There is detailed info on what treatment methods may work best for some & multiple other illnesses that often go hand in hand with Lyme. I would recommend this book to anyone who has contracted Lyme or other vector borne diseases. The info in this book is absolutely the best of the best. There is a section on Dr. Horowitz's questions for helping determine what other infections you may have & a detailed breakdown of symptoms & treatment methods. For all the doctors that have told a Lyme patient they are crazy or their symptoms just don't exist- Dr. Horowitz gives an explanation for what's going on & why most uneducated doctors just can't successfully treat Lyme. Vector born disease testing is explained in a way that you can understand, making it easy to understand why the "standard western blot/Elisa" often doesn't accurately identify what's truly going on. Dr. Horowitz also has another book similar to this one that goes further into treatment & is just as valuable as this book as well. If you're dealing with Lyme or other infections, know that something is wrong & can't get your doctors to pay attention or care- this book could be the missing link for getting your health back.
