1 of 3 found this helpful When I received my life proof case from your company the gasket (rubber part around the inside of the case) was extremely loose and every time I’d try to put it back on and snap the case back on my phone it would just come off or get caught between the case causing it to not close properly. Which that cancels out the waterproof feature if the gasket is not in place on the case. Also the charging port does not stay closed at all.
