Treatment Worked Amazing on My Second Application
I have very curly 3C hair with a more resistant 4A texture in the crown, but the strands are fine. I tried this on my virgin hair the first time with the flat iron only being 200 degrees with 10 passes on the 4A area (most resistant) and 6 passes on the ends. Due to my hair being fine, I just wanted to see how the product took to it. I only noticed a slight change in curl with the first application, but my hair was definitely easier to manage. After 6 weeks the product had mostly washed out and my hair went back to uncontrollable. I have just done my second application, but flat ironed at 230 degrees with 10 passes all over and there is a big difference. My hair is smooth and shiny and has a relaxed texture, which is closer to the professional keratin treatments that I have had done. Definitely the best DIY home product that I have tried so far.
