That Girl! Terrific show!
Yes, It still entertains after so many years not being seen. The Season 1 dvd that I brought shows how Ann and Donald met, and I hadn't seen the first episodes, and they were right in character in the season opener! All I can say it was a great Sitcom.

Good name and cover
It intrigued me seeing Mary the mother of Christ not stifled, she seemed very much the Godly mother.
