Dixie Carter's Unworkout
Dixie Carter's Unworkout is just the right type of stretching, breathing, and mediating workout for beginners to advanced consumers. This exercise program is concise in explanation of the workouts and Ms. Carter's voice is soothing as well as encouraging to continue with exercising. I would highly recommend this tape to anyone wanting to consider a decent workout especially if they are having back problems. The stretching in this program keeps my back in check as well as my posture. My life consisted of running, weight lifting, mountain biking riding, many years at the gym, and just being a slave to my body. Now at 56, it is important for me to maintain my body without all of the stress to my joints. While I know I am not old, I do realize that I am much closer to being 100 than I am to being one. P.S. Not sure as to Ms. Carter's age when she made this tape, but if she was over 56 at the time, than I am really impressed with the flexibility she demonstrates in this tape.
