  Although the earrings didn’t arrive by the specified date, I was refunded promptly ….the earrings then arrived 16 days later so I notified the seller who said I didn’t need to pay for them due to the delay. This was very kind and the communication through out with the seller was second to none. So, I would still recommend the seller as the problem was more than likely with Royal Mail and not him/her.
