Disappointed
2 of 2 found this helpful Bought this knife with careful consideration after having my previous one since 1975. I hoped it would be as good but I am so disappointed. The handle is large and hard to hold and the blades do not cut very well making it difficult to cut meat thinly
All in all I think it is an expensive piece of rubbish and doesn't do the job it is supposed to do.

Nice piece
Think this is a good shape and excellent if you attach it back to the wall because it is tall and thin. Looks great too. Delivered on time.
