    I'd ordered this ring in 2021 from this seller. I used the "order history" feature to find it because I wanted this EXACT same ring. I ordered from the EXACT same listing, but received a much smaller piece. Seller claimed to have no record of my original order which I provided. Seller insisted the item came as described, despite providing no measurements or real photos, only inaccurate stock photos. In the baggie is the new ring, and outside it is the original from 2021. I feel scammed.

    I explained to buyer that larger one in image looks like a toe ring. I have no access to orders over 2 years old. The item they received was exactly as pictured on the listing and is an ear cuff and can be worn as described and intended.
