Very good with a minor disappointment

I am very happy with my refurbished phone, but I have one minor complaint: I cannot customize ringtones in my contacts. I went online to learn how but my new phone does not have that capacity, apparently the software is different. The phone this phone replaced was the very same Samsung Galaxy Note 20 5G--it was broken and my carrier could not replace it with a phone with a stylus, so I purchased the refurbished phone instead--and that previous phone did indeed have the capacity to customize ringtones for various callers.
