Works as promised.
I bought this to help me determine the condition of a fleet of rechargeable batteries. It does the job very well. Let me identify individual NiMH AA batteries that were less than 25% capacity compared to identical cells bought at the same time. No visible differences. It also informed me that the crappy ___Fire 18650 cells, rated at a remarkable 5,000 mAh, that I bought for my underwater flashlights actually are good for less than 10% of their label rating.
As a tester and reconditioner of rechargeable batteries, this device has already paid for itself.

Good tool, good price
Lightly used, commercial quality tool. Cutters that were sent with the tool are sharp. I only wish that one of the cutters was the right size for 3/32 rivets.

Beat the dealer
This lock actuator replaces the frequently-failing actuators on a number of BMW models. In some ways it's better than the dealer part. BMW made four part numbers, custom wired for cars with comfort entry, security systems, etc. This part has wiring for all options, so fits your car regardless of options. The BMW parts list for over $200, and don't seem to last very long. Sadly, all these actuators are riveted together, so you can't really take on apart to clean and lubricate to repair, so a new part is about the only solution.
This seller shipped the correct part fast, packaged so it wasn't broken in transit, and it worked fine when I installed it. Time will tell if it lasts as long as the OEM part.
