Way more than I expected from Bulova...
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this watch on a whim, it was priced very low and it looked interesting. I was really surprised when I got it. The case has a really unique shape with a fairly high quality finish, imo, in a combination of high polish and brushed steel. The band compliments the blue dial, which are both a really deep blue. It has kept excellent time, the movement(2 different ones are speced) seems solid with the smoothest seconds hand I've seen. I think this watch is a unique value and probably really overlooked by most people, if you get it at the right price. The MSRP of over a thousand is worth it for the quality of the watch, however I would buy other watches in that 1000+ range. But only because I'm a brand snob... the only negatives are it's a little thick, but that gives the watch a definite presence on your arm. Also when I first put it on, it was not comfortable at all, to the point I thought I wasn't gonna wear it. But I broke it in, and after a day or two wearing it around the house, it wears very nice. I think it was the new stiff leather band, which has a great clasp and cool blue finish, by the way... I put mine on a thick brown suede band with some deep blue stitching and it looks great. Even the missus, who hates my addiction, commented on the look. Take a chance on something different, I wasnt disappointed.
