The End of Heart Disease
1 of 1 found this helpful I am enjoying this book so much. Dr. Fuhrman explains the physiological reasons for his recommendations. I am learning things that make sense & I feel I should have known as a nurse, but I had not put it all together. There is also a great amount of new information that gives hope for improved health so I am excited about it. I think everyone should read it!

Dr. Fuhrman's Immersion Exucrsion
The lectures were interesting, impressive, entertaining, very helpful & extremely encouraging. My husband & I are both in our 80s & tired of so many doctor visits. This set of CVDs are wonderful. We watched them all & have started over again. Our only problem was that Dr. Fuhrman talks so fast we miss some things & have to rewind to try to understand, but that doesn't change the fact that it is excellent material! He gives a lot of information in the amount of time that he talks. No wasted time! Definitely 5 star to us.
