Has great flavors without being over the top
To me some BBQ sauces try to hard. It is like anything that has been over seasoned. This sauce has all the nuisances you would want without loosing the flavors of the meat you are barbecuing. I used it once so far, on ribs, smoked in about 225-250 degrees, in foil, and then uncovered for about an hour and a half. Total time four + hours. I am experimenting with a new PK BBQ. I used about 3/4 cup of sauce on a full rack. The appearance of the ribs was perfect, moisture perfect, and flavors complimented the meat. Next I will try a brisket.

Prefect fit, perfect quality
I prefer glass to plastic for the classic look on my 1980 300SD. They match the European glass headlights as well.
